Ill make a before and after tomorrowDM then, rest assured i don't care to doxx you
Swelling is unpredictable if your just bashing your face BUT if your doing it a certain way it makes the swelling look goodI doubt it does - there's a 99% chance this is just bias from being in this community too long. Even if it did work, it doesn't distract from the many risks subsequent of bonesmashing, if you keep doing it you will look worse.
"Real change" as in it working whatsoever, it's what i said before this. Swelling is too unpredictable & insignificant for there to be any point in doing it, you'll just end up looking like 2024 clav
I entertained genio's argument because he seems smart enough to bother voicing reason - you however do not match this description; get the fuck off my thread, you retarded apeSwelling is unpredictable if your just bashing your face BUT if your doing it a certain way it makes the swelling look good
ehh I've seen lil bit of results in my cheekbones it's def not cope
You people have no argument except "bro it worked for me!", go back to tiktok comment sectionsHorrible thread, bonesmashing is the best
i do bonesmashing, some results exists.
You can't make this shit upYou people have no argument except "bro it worked for me!", go back to tiktok comment sections
wish this would be pinned so there wouldnt be 80 13 year olds signing up to ask how to bonesmash everyday because they saw clavicular do it in a tt editI'll start by addressing the popularity of bonesmashing: "bonesmashing" is meme turned into "method" by exploitative content-creators on social-media. Those like Kshami, baby shitly, and jester Patel have sworn-by this utter nonsense since the early looksmax boom on tiktok - alongside other copes like mewing & pulling-exercises pushed by the same jesters. The proposed mechanic of bonesmashing was originally "Wolff's law', a semi-valid mechanical-stress theory from 19th century Germany
Which in aesthetic contexts is false, and if anything disproves bonesmashing as a valid method for facial-aesthetics. Wolff's law is a slow & gradual process subsequent of loading, not hitting your face with a hammer.
To put it shortly: acute trauma won't improve your bone-structure, your bones will either remain the same or worsen due to repeated damage. The list of side effects is reason enough to never practice this BS
Facial-aesthetics expert Mariana Martinez perfectly explains why it doesn't work in this article linked bellow, because contrary to popular belief, insecure teenagers on looksmaxing forums actually don't know more than university graduates, what a shocker.
- Facial fractures
- Swelling and bruising
- Nerve damage
- Tooth and root-damage
- TMJ injury and bite changes
- Infection if the skin breaks
- Facial asymmetry
- Chronic pain or numbness
- Concussion or vertigo
- Permanent scarring
- Disfigurement

Bone Smashing Doesn't Work. What to Do Instead.

When one wrong-move with filler injections can induce facial-paralysis from nerve damage, what did you ever think hours of repeated blunt-force trauma would do?
These aesthetic experts aren't trying to avoid people ascending from bonesmashing, if anything people fucking up their face from it would increase their profits, so there's no reason not to trust them on this. Arguments in favor of bonesmashing will always trace their roots in greed or incompetence, opposed to real scientific logic.
And no, scar-tissue logic doesn't debunk this, why on earth people ever thought this deducts from the endless list of established risks is beyond me.
If you actually want the results jesters claim it'll give you, get filler. There's many people versed on this topic floating around the looksmaxing community, @Orka is a good example on this forum, read his guides or pay up, brokie.
Their only arguments are just "It worked for me brah ur low IQ", can't make it upwish this would be pinned so there wouldnt be 80 13 year olds signing up to ask how to bonesmash everyday because they saw clavicular do it in a tt edit
