Hey there, I'm new to the community and I just have a question about a mistake I might have done while bonesmashing

For context, I am from asia and I have very feminine facial features for a guy, I would say that I have more features of a woman when it comes to my facial appearance. I look slightly above average but I wouldn't say I am that attractive. I know I shouldnt have even been trying at this point since it's over for most asian people..

I have been bonesmashing for a couple of months now and so far I can see that some of my facial features are more visible than before. My zygos and orbital bones are more defined, and my chin area as well.

Recently though, I tried bonesmashing in the mandible area near my ramus (specifically around the coronoid and condylar process? im not sure since i just searched it), It was alright for the first couple of days and I didn't notice anything change up until yesterday, I woke up and saw my jaw and chin area had recessed? (idk if that's the right word to describe it) it's so bad that It looks like I didn't even have a chin and my jawline looks abnormally set up high. I don't really know what happened but im guessing i may have pulled a muscle near my ramus, I'm not sure since I'm new to these things.

If anybody can help explain what happened or give me an advice I would greatly appreciate it!

also If you want to talk to someone or be friends, feel free to message me too, since I don't have any

thanks for responding! do you think it would be a permenent damage or something? I did hit a little too hard at times and sometimes from the wrong angle too. I'm guessing it's because of me hitting the mandible area near my ramus since there's been no problem before that when i was bonesmashing my zygos and around the orbital area, but what do you think?

It doesnt work, bonesmashing doesn't grow bones at all. All it does is cause inflammation and can result in asymmetry.

i dont even know at this point to be completely honest, it seemed like it up until recently. Do you think I may have done something irreversible or permanently damaged my face?
Better stop now for sure, if you're boneless just get implants, bonesmashing won't do shit.

stop smashing your face with things it doesn't work

its temporary swelling/inflammation if anything, and causes more problems than it solves
that being said if you have before/after over the course of months id love to see it

if youve been hitting around the tmj area youve probably caused swelling in that area and maybe? caused some shit to happen with the muscles making them tight, also temporary
just dont hit it again and maybe massage it gently itll go back to normal

it hasnt made you recessed your bones dont just move like that

mark solution

thanks for clarifying things up! i hope it isnt anything permanent, and yeah i will show a before/after if my jaw stops swelling and goes back to normal.

I meant for the zygos and orbitals, I’m lacking there tbh but thanks either way

I highly doubt it’s anything permanent
