I’ve been looking into bonesmashing mainly for the gonions/jaw angles and want to hear from people who have actually done it for a while.

What are some things you wish you knew before starting, especially for the gonions? I’m interested in people’s experiences with healing, swelling, how long changes took to become noticeable, and anything that helped them avoid problems.

I’d also be interested in any lesser-known tips, personal experiences, or research related to gonion bonesmashing that isn’t usually discussed in the basic guides.

Mainly looking for detailed experiences and useful information from people who have been into this for a while, rather than a basic explanation of bonesmashing.

You, my friend, are completely misguided. Bonesmashing do no such thing as increasing bone mass.

Bone smashing is unoptimal because it relies on blunt trauma to cause micro-fractures which results in inflammatory calluses rather than structured bone. These calluses often reabsorb or grow irregularly and the risk of nerve damage is high.

The only instant effect that happens is swelling and puffiness. Which are not worth it.

Do i have flared one?
