regarding this - i think anybody having any access to who it is kinda defeats the main appeal of confessions. might as well make an entire thread at that point. but overall whoever makes the forms needs to filter out gross ones and either not post them or delete ones that are foul when exporting it

vulgar is making comments like "I made a spuffy deepfake then beat to it" or "I saved the vid of Auggy's dickprint"

yeah but it's all gross imo when it breaks site rules and there's no limitation on age. kids posting edating / sexual stuff, even if not insanely out of pocket or foul, is still icky. like, there's no point in tryna break anonymity but the site is 13+ or whatever else. i just think breaking site rules for a bunch of confessions that are the same 3 people is just not worth it long-term. but im not a mod and i dont care if yall break site rules. but it's public so i'ma respond regardless, esp when i think there's room for improvement

i agree, n it's yalls choices in the end. i just urge yall to add ANY rules, regardless of what u think it should or shouldnt be. if i dont like it, i won't partake personally. but just know it comes with the problem of unintentionally cosigning something even if you don't agree with it or w/e else. it's yalls jobs to moderate it in a way that makes sense to yall but it just needs to be done period. if you're managing a project in which it involves degens or the slums or w/e else, it needs to be a LITTLE limited. like i said it doesn't need to be what i think specifically but when people who don't partake in the edating side of the site read them, they're going to be thinking what i'm thinking. i would want somebody to tell me so i'm telling yall

If you guys want to consider doing it going forward, because overall I agree it can be a really cute and fun idea if done properly (just needs to be moderated a bit more), I think @Spuffy offered to help out.

Most confessions are meant to be light-hearted. Talking about cringe stories you're too embarrassed to share with others, talking about something really ridiculous and so on. I personally don't mind the 'crush' comments. I do think Spuffy should help filter the confessions out though for future reference. There's nothing wrong with wanting to do a community based fun thing, but I understand the concerns others are expressing.

Users are going to disagree with what they define as vulgar, which is why it should probably be Spuffy in particular who should filter them because she's a moderator and she understands our policies on what is and isn't allowed.
