It's been 2 weeks since I've gotten the treatment. I have hollow cheeks now.

You bet your ass I'm going to boast about it

Slightly less unflattering angles of me.

I'm also digging the prominent cheekbones on my left side ngl.

The masseters on my right still haven't reduced enough since they're much bigger, but I had another 10 units injected last week. Left side masseters are still going to be reducing a little more as well.

I'll post another update probably in about a week, and hopefully the right side will be nicely reduced.

Also I got an appointment for lazy eye surgery at the end of the month

Looks better.
Are you a ginger? Maybe try darkening your hair a little bit. Also grow out some light stubble.
If you can't just get a transplant or you can even do 2% minox + microneedling + tretinoin + supplement with oral and topical biotin.

Yeah I'm ginger. My hair have a darker shade of red and my skin isn't quite as pale compared to typical phenos, so it's not too egregious

I can do stubble pretty well. You can see it in my first post. I just shaved so you can get a better look at the changes

Much better. Angularity could still be improved but much, much better.

Thanks bro
No problem brother. Seriously I’m shocked by how much Botox improved you, I had no idea your masseters were that hypertrophied. Do you have bruxism?

Also, now that I have a better idea of what you look like, I have a couple new suggestions. They’re MUCH more reasonable than before. I’ll send them in a bit.

Sweet thanks man.

I don't think I have bruxism. None of my exes told me I clenched my jaw in my sleep when I asked them. The masseters were most likely caused by this lifelong habit I've had where I chew plastic and rubber

I see. Either way, definitely looking a lot better.

If you wanted to do anything else…

-Dye your hair and eyebrows dark brown. Not completely “jet black”, but very dark brown.

-sort out your strabismus/lazy eye issue. Ditch the glasses entirely and get contacts

-something for more jaw angularity. your jaw is too wide to consider implants. I really don’t know what to suggest in your case because your ramus and mandibular body can’t be touched without completely wrecking your facial proportions. A chin implant would likely help to give your jaw a more “tapered” look if it adds vertical height.

-cheekbones could be higher and more defined. Fillers would help but migration is always a concern. Fat grafting would be great, implants would as well if you can find a surgeon that does good work on men. For definition…. Lean down. Seriously, I think that would help you a lot. Get down to 10% bodyfat.

Would darker red be okay? It might look a little more natural for me

I wear contacts. I want to get lasik at some point though. Strabismus surgery is scheduled though. I'm going to have a blood red eye for up 6 weeks after I get it done

Chin implants are tricky since my chin to philtrum is already around 2:1

Masseter's have yet to reduce fully so I'll get a little more cheekbone definition as it atrophies. I'll wait until it's fully reduced before considering augmentation.
Also I'm pretty low bodyfat. I'm 5'11 and under 150 lbs. The masseters give the impression of having a fat face since they're round. They make that much of a different

Thanks for the detailed suggestions though.

In my opinion, anything darker will be better. “Tall, dark, and handsome”. Dark is referring to dark features like hair as opposed to skin color. For men, darker = better, especially if it contrasts well with your skin. I’m pale white, but my cheeks are somewhat “rosy” and I have very dark hair and eyebrows. It’s good in terms of contrast.

I'll give it a shot. Can't hurt. Can you reccomend some good hair dye?
