no reason to eat it at all

it got goitrogens (type of anti nutrients) that basically interferes with the absorption of iodine ----> causes thyroid problems

"its nutrient dense" you can get those nutrients from other sources that dont fuck your thyroid health

"but you can cook/boil it and then it destroys the anti nutrients" yeah but you would be destroying the water soluble vitamins in it, which is the whole point of eating it

"it got antioxidants which is worth it" just get them from other foods

It’s dense in nutrients like vitamin c vitamin k and fiber while being low in calories 🧠 superfood
yeah uh, i explained it but i dont mind doing it again,
if you dont cook it ----> bombing your thyroid and not letting iodine get in
