Brow Ridge Implants: Beneficial or PSL Autism?

To preface: I have zero fucking brow ridge definition, but I'm not sure how much of a failo that is, I already intend to get supraorbital fat grafting in that region, but I'm concerned that'd be futile if I don't have enough browbone prominence to benefit from it.

But would this even be worth the cost and recovery for what looks to be such a marginal improvement? Would I be able to eliminate my UEE solely from fat grafting without investing in this? I'm unconvinced.

in the second transformation the shape of his head becomes weird because his forehead is like tilted/recessed then theres just a bump where the brows are
in the first transformation his forehead is even more tilted/recessed so it probably looks even worse than the second transformation if you looked at it in an accurate angle imo

Neither of them had horrendous forehead inclination before
1st is a good result regardless of angle difference
