Same with plastic, just buy a wooden one and dont have plastics in ur mouth

I brush my teeth every 3 days nowday, my teeth arent even that yellow, i dont have bad breath and i dont have any mouth infections.

but tbf my diet is perfect, i am not touching any goyyish foods
