what non surgical methods can i use to minimise the size of my nose tip as much as i can? its kinda bulbous which really irks me. i ice it regularly, and i put 0.25% tretinoin gel on it occasionally.

what else can i do? and how can i maximise the tretinoin method to get the best results possible.
