For me i just think if i know what im eatings good and i know im training hard im easily putting on muscle and im around 11% bf anyway so my body doesnt crave as much foodYeah I’m gonna have to learn how to do this

Calories ain’t the issue, macros are. I could easily hit my calorie goal at the expense of carbs for fats, but carbs are so important that I can’t disregard themi used to hate bulking
just get like 2 bananas,6 creamy/watery peanut butter scoops, 1 cup milk

One in the morning and one at night and fill the rest of the day in with light-medium sized meals that are heavy in cals
