Which one of these ways would make me lose weight the fastest in 2 weeks. First one is no food and only water. The second one is a calorie deficit of 500-700 calories a day. I also workout 5 times a week so that would enhance the process. Context ( Just had a week break and kinda went gooner mode and put on like 1.5 kilos.) And if I were to do a calorie deficit the diet would only consist of meat and no sugar.
