Cap, count your calories better
Could it be that when I was skinny I used to eat only 2 chapati/parantha and I gained 20kgs in 8 months when I started eating 8 but now I eat 4, Do I need to go back to 2 for loosing weight now?

Calculate your BMR (https://www.calculator.net/bmr-calculator.html)
According to your activity level check your calorie intake in that table (Thats the required amount of calories to maintain your weight)
Then if you want to lose 0.5 kgs per week, then go on a 550 calorie deficit
2,484 is the calorie intake so if I fast alternate days in a week and do high intensity training how much weight do you think I can lose in a week?

you’re either overestimating how much you burn or underestimating how much you eat.
you cannot go against science.
not sure if you’re heavy lifting, but heavy lifting itself is not enough activity. you NEED to be walking and being active in forms that aren’t just lifting. maybe by sports, hiking, having a job where you move around a lot, etc. find an activity you enjoy.

You are most likely a sneaky/secret eater that’s impossible count calories better or cut lower calories

Alternate day fasting is also good honestly

The sneaky Eater part might be correct as sometimes I eat 2 packets of oreo in a day and few more things
 
just don’t be a fatass and you’ll lose weight unless you got a medical condition there’s no way you can gain weight despite eating less
