maybe I went a bit off topic here, but ideally you just eat high protein, good amount of sugar, carbs and fats, and you're active enough to where ur at a good body fat % 12-17% without having to diet, but if you're above that then lean down or it will negatively effect ur hormones and looks.there are no cheats codes when it comes to cutting, best advice I can give is to start slow, increase the deficit over time, experiment with meal timings and food volume, either way u cant trick ur body, it knows via homeostasis when you are in a deficit, understand it's hard, but if it were easy, everyone would be lean, and is that the case ? No, it most certainly isn't.
Remember everything worthwhile is hard to achieve, lean is law.
