short pfl with wide set eyes and elongated midface from eyeball. your lower 3rd ratios arent that bad but ur just not angular at all (get lean if u havent already). philtrum also looks kinda crazy even tho ur chin is decent height. mouth looks too narrow due to wide set eyes and balanced gonions. good ear protrusion with decent eye colour and good eyebrows and good nostril show, decent eye shape though uee is nerfing (train squinting). potential for a good upper 3rd due to cranial breadth but nerfed by signs of receding hairline and overly wide forehead.

dye hair darker than current (maybe a shade lighter than brows), hop on fin&min, grow hair out further, get lean if not already, shave stubble. mltn-hltn rn, potential for lmtn-hmtn

hair transplant is vital i cannot stress enough how important. if u get any hardmaxx then let it be that one. i would also recommend that the transplant puts more hair on your temples; it makes a crazy difference yet not many people actually know about that. your cranial width would be a great feature if u had more hair on the sides.

truth is that hardmaxx only does so much in most cases (though there are outliers who can go from ltn to chadlite with just djs or lefort). hair transplant is safe, cheap, and definitely without a doubt the most important. hair is life you cannot afford to lose it.

filler can certainly be good for increasing projection and angularity (u would benefit from way more angularity). the issue is that zygo and jaw filler tends to migrate relatively quickly. if u are dedicated enough to have it redone every few years then its a good option (less permanence than reconstructive surgeries and reversible and not too expensive). chin filler tends to migrate less from what ive heard, and you would benefit from more chin projection.

mouth widening is worth looking into in your case. your eyes are wide set and your mouth is narrow, so mouth widening surgery would make your face more harmonious.

full on implants are very expensive but they are often permanent. they must be custom made to fit your skull's geometry. but yes you would also benefit from that greatly, though i am not an expert (very few are)

if you are serious about hardmaxx, there are not many great forums anymore since sites have been taken over by people not serious about surgery and instead were attracted by the recent popularity of lookism. reach out to cosmetic surgery patients, especially ones in this community as they are often eager to help and more likely to be knowledgable. people like lin00b and timothy haireth.

alternative jaw surgery forums like on reddit are most likely more useful. people there are more likely to have undergone it or are serious about it (a lot of looksmax forum users just softmaxx and just like the forums)

but please, GET AS MANY OPINIONS AS YOU CAN!
