Maybe use ice/ice cold water for 30 seconds, if u use ice, then hold it for 30 seconds on every part of the face (cheekbones, under lips, nasal bone, eyes, cheeks etc), and under jaw, where hyoid is located (I don't this every morning, I think it helps). Also do chin tucks, and some shit where you open your mouth as fast as possible and as vertically wide as possible

Don’t get anything done you already look wayyyyy better than I did at 14. Try to always breathe by your nose and keep your mouth closed because at 14 your jaw could still become recessed. Don’t get anything very big done until 19-20.

the biggest flaw seems to be the nose(its not humongous dont worry that much) but its big to the point that you cant reach htb probably, you have to get rhino if you want to get to htb+, apart from nose other features seem to be completely fine(cant see the side profile)
