Hey i was wondering what are some benefits from taking these supplements, as well as the cons. Im 16 Btw and as I was doing research, it said it it wasn't recommended, but im curious to know what you guys think

Absolutely not. At 16, your body is still developing and naturally producing optimal levels of collagen, antioxidants, and other stuff that decline with age. You're pretty much at ur biological peak for skin health and cellular function and production. the thing is abt anti aging supplements are designed to combat decline that doesn't begin till like mid 20s or later

dawg it'll do nothing because the point of anti aging is giving your body the stuff its getting low on producing... and your body is working perfectly well rn it could actually harm you

Some sources ive read say it improves the collagen in your face. Making your face tighter and help improve acne
