I see where ur coming from but that’s always been an issue for me, this was how bad it was 4 months ago, do yk how to fix tho or is the only way surgery

For now I been using hydrocortisone cream and I noticed a bit of a difference, my nose looks slimmer and smaller with a smoother texture

ive have this same issue aswell, my nose has this balbous look and im almost 2 weeks in using HC, i was wondering what else did you do with your nose,

I mainly changed my jaw and tried getting more forward growth on my maxilla, that acc made a bit of a difference and I would recommend u try that, in these pictures u can see the difference from the front
