Can i get a defined side profile by just cutting out sugar+cardio like running?

I know my maxilla is hugely problematic, I just mean the ramus definition

I really don't know how to lower bf percentage since I am really skinny already. Some of the bloat is sugar of course but I feel like I have a sarah hyland situation. She is a stick with 49% bodyfat.
I can see I don t have muscle since my veins don't stick out unless in hot weather.
Despite that tho she has defined side profile

I tried gua sha, it works but you need to be precise and practice it for like 10 minutes two times a day with a good face oil if you want max effect, it can definitely get you jawline more defined and stop bloating
What face oils do you suggest?
 
If you have the bones it will work, if not then you need surgery
