Can I realistically bench 315lbs before I turn 18?

no, with roids yes

Yeah that’s thing is I’m trying to lose fat 😢 I might just have to accept figuring out my potential is more important than bench 315
If you want to get there naturally you can, you just need to gain a lot of weight, trying to be really lean natty and benching 315 may never happen, with roids though anything is possible.

Yeah recently I’ve been getting stronger and leaner at the same time I think because I’m young but that will probably stop when I hit the 300 mark

I was getting close to a 3 plate bench natty before, I stuck with training for 4 months consistent and the weight showed little sign of slowing down and it just got too hard so I stopped, I want to have somewhat of a normal life lol, I couldnt when my life revolved around regular meals, regular sleep, low stress and consistent training, I weighed almost as much as the weight I was benching when I stopped.

Yeah that’s how I felt at first, I went on a crazy bulk and weighed like 227 when I benched 225, but now I weigh like 207 and I’m benching 285

I think someone willing to be like 20% boday fat and wanting to bench 315lbs could realistically get there in 2 years of training natty, big thing is if you're willing to get fat you can get there very quick.

Yeah I’m already fat and have been going to the gym for like a year

207 isnt horrible, I was 265 when I stopped training hard, it wasnt worth it, i had no goals of going anywhere with it so i stopped making it top priority, with eating and sleeping and everything its like a part time job. I was like 40% bf when I stopped.

Damn yeah I’m estimating I’m around 22-25% bf currently but I’m sick of being fat so I might just starve myself

The interesting thing is when I first started dieting I lost 35 lbs in 3 months and i still trained for a couple weeks when I started crash dieting, the crash dieting hardly affected my strength at all.

Yeah I’ve been eating less but seeing hardly any difference in strength but I just have to accept I will lose a little but it will be worth it
