Serious Can mewing fix a recessed jaw, im 14 so cannot hardmax yet but is there anyway to fix it and fix a short lower third? Cheers

You're not recessed and no, mewing doesn't fix recession as the cause of most lower jaw recessions is skeletal, meaning the only way to truly fix it is surgery

first of all ur not recessed
no mewing wont help even at 14
u can try a reverse pull face mask provided by a orthodontists but i doubt it will give you the growth your for
 
nothing beside chew food would help
