Can one have a Lefort 1 for aesthetic purposes? In Europe

The goal would be to have a Lefort I, but I've heard it's only used in cases of dental problems, breathing difficulties, or deformities. I'd like to know if I can have it done for cosmetic reasons only. Has anyone here had it done for this reason? And if so, where can I get it done safely? and what the cost
