Can or does under eye cream thin out the skin?

I have a cream for eyebags ive realised when i put it on it makes my skin almost immediately dry and itchy and i swear once its gone the next day they look worse
So im curious if it can make them worse, make me have wrinkles and dark skin there

All creams are different. You should look at the composition and if its full of synthetic materials (most likely) you probably have an allergic reaction.

Try different brands and it should go away

Try getting a different cream. Try the based under eye elixir, same as I use and it's not itchy and doesn't make my skin dry.. Also you can't expect eye bags to go away when your on your phone 24/7 and you don't sleep good.
