Can Taping the Nose with bandages actually change Bone Structure over Puberty?

My Question is if Using a Bandage Straight across the Nose from left to right could actually change the from of bone structure during puberty bc i have those weird bony bumps around my nose and wanna get right of it with the strat. so is it possible?
