Yes and no. It doesn't make your literal bone smaller or cartilages. It works only if you have bloat in your nose. It's kind of the same thing like with the "accutane nose". It literally shirnks and stops the oil glands, as well as cutting the sebum production. So yes, it can reduce your nose size ONLY if you have bloat on your nose. Hope this helps : )
