im 15 and thinking about going to the gym and im 5'8 will the gym stunt my growth?

You need days to rest for specific muscle groups. Bigger groups (Chest, Back, Legs) require more rest (Between 2-3 days should be fine). Smaller muscle groups such as (Biceps, Triceps, Shoulders, Calves etc.) require less rest (2 days should be good). Get enough protein, fat, and rest. Focus on intensity, and make sure you're working out with proper form. If you do everything correctly you should see results in the first months.so should i rest more or 8 hours is fine?
