cardiomaxxing help

sup guys can anyone give me some solid tips or advice for cardiomaxxing

ive been doing incline treadmill few days a week but i can only do like 15 - 20 mins each time cuz my shins and feet start to kill

i do 3 speed at around 10 incline

any tips? 60mins a day would be nice, cuz im tryna lose 25 pounds

If your legs start hurting early, and you are doing incline, it might be the stretch on the muscles.
Stretch your feet, calves, quads, hamstrings thoroughly. Dynamic/static stretching (mostly dynamic).
As for furthering feet, going outside and hiking on natural terrain helps your body adapt. If you have a dog, family member, friend, or someone else, you can go with them. Nice moments to enjoy nature and fresh air.
Slowly build up your endurance.
Post exercise, do static stretching. Also in your free time you can help with flexibility and muscle tightness by stretching.
Some basic calisthenic exercises to strengthen legs as well, like squats and calve raises can help.

just eat muscle meat only to cut fat
yhyh, im eating 1LB grassfed organic ground beef daily (650 cals) for majority of my protien. i end up eating around 1300ish cals daily. i like to do cardio to speed up the process. my logic is, as long as im getting 160Grams of protein daily, i wont lose muscle?

thanks for the detailed reply. ive always had an itch to do some stretching post workout, would overall be a Plus for my lifestyle. i think its just my feet genetics tbh. like i cant go skiing cuz my feet hurt in the boots ( ive tried 3 different boots ) , and after 10mins of playing basketball, my feet hurt. maybe i just have flat feet or weirdly shaped feet. i havent tried stretching my feet/ankles/calves though yet, ill definiteily give that a shot, along with stretching my whole body post workout, ive always wanted to do that.

No problem man, the plan sounds great.
Along with the stretching, I'd suggest doing some further research online about what could be causing the feet pain, the shape, and then booking an appointment with a doctor/podiatrist if the issue demands it.

this is stupid, also “eat muscle to keep muscle” is stupid too that’s like saying the fats we eat are the cause of the body fat on our bodies, it’s not. it is simply energy stored. the only way he can lose fat is to be in a deficit. THOUGH, the kinds of foods that are eaten do matter.

some days ill take my dog on walk along with do the treadmill. what else should i do? longer treadmill? or just go for more walks outside? 🥶❄️
get in the steps u can from dog walking then use the treadmill if u don’t hit ur goal, i use my mini treadmill at least 1-2 times a day depending on if i was able to hit my goal walking outside/doing other activities or not

fuck does ketosis gotta do with this i never said anything about ketosis, ur body doesn’t give a fuck if you stuff urself with 5k cals then fast and get into ketosis. u WILL store that as fat bc it is excess energy.

yes! it is the most accurate way, don’t trust it for cals tho it can be extremely off
what watch do you recommend? apple watch good? i dont want one of those garmin watches cuz theyre so bulky. id buy it, but id rather have something small like the apple watch

How in the world can you say someone eating 10k cals a day of muscle would not gain fat? You can only gain so much muscle from a surplus before it becomes fat

calories in calories out is an illegitimate and unhealthy method for weight loss

In terms of merely gaining muscle/weight, etc. All protein is the same. Now for bodily health it's not necessarily all the same. Do you think our body is some magician and will someone turn all the muscle meat we eat into our muscle? That's not how it works whatsoever

Cope harder. Calories in calories out is literally is how you lose weight or gain. Someone could eat 2000 calories of donuts and lose fat and someone could eat 5000 calories of muscle meat and gain fat. It's just how it works

satiation does exist but we aren’t talking about satiation here, if you are satiated and u are in a deficit u lose weight. if u are satiated and in a surplus, u gain it. doesn’t matter how satisfied u are, ur body dgaf and will store what it needs

u don’t even track so how are YOU going to know that what you are eating is enough to lose/maintian/gain? do you even know ur maintenance calories or BMR? TDEE??

yep all protein is the same and no one understands that it is, the only differences are the vital nutrients and minerals that whole food sources give you which is why a diet of whole foods if that best thing you can do. it’s the same way with carbs as well, whole food carbs have fiber, vitamins, etc. meanwhile the ultra processed garbage doesn’t.

15 mins max for 3mph is wild😂😂 brother just keep practising and do some cardio before and after lifting so it feels like less effort
