sup guys can anyone give me some solid tips or advice for cardiomaxxing
ive been doing incline treadmill few days a week but i can only do like 15 - 20 mins each time cuz my shins and feet start to kill
i do 3 speed at around 10 incline
any tips? 60mins a day would be nice, cuz im tryna lose 25 pounds
