sorry bro but if i were to eat those veggie patties as my protein source and give my muscle the needed stimulus i would put on muscle no matter what, obviously i will feel like shit and want to eat more bc veggie patties are garbage but at the end of the day i will put on muscle with adequate stimulus and protein

yep all protein is the same and no one understands that it is, the only differences are the vital nutrients and minerals that whole food sources give you which is why a diet of whole foods if that best thing you can do. it’s the same way with carbs as well, whole food carbs have fiber, vitamins, etc. meanwhile the ultra processed garbage doesn’t.
It's called amino acids and that's why trying to find proteins from vegetables doesn't work
theres no way to gain fat or maintain fat while only eating muscle meat
excess protein can be stored as fat by the body. There are calories after all. But you need to eat a whole cow to happens imo

ive been doing incline treadmill few days a week but i can only do like 15 - 20 mins each time cuz my shins and feet start to kill

i do 3 speed at around 10 incline

any tips? 60mins a day would be nice, cuz im tryna lose 25 pounds

Finding an alternative to rest the joints (e.g. stationary bike)

Having enough collagen and calcium in your diet

Your bones will adapt over time
