Im not saying just meat, i know ab micronutriets. But i guarantee if you ate a pound of steak evereyday it would be impossible to be below 700 testosterone

Fibers intake is important for gut health and limiting colon cancer so fruits and FERMENTED vegetables are good, mushrooms also

Legumes like chickpeas, beans, whole grains didn't hurt, potatoes didn't hurt fr

Milk based products like butter, kefir, yohurt, protein powder, full fat cream etc

Eggs, sardines, canned tuna

Meat from poultry, beef, venison, pork, their organ, the less noble parts where there is tendons, eat them too
 

also, about the path way WNT3A/WNT10B, yeah carbs are beneficial during puberty for sure, but antagonistic pleitropy, due to this, we dont need to induce these growth pathways after 25 I would say since it would lead to aging and maybe, just maybe tumour growths

also, ray peat diet (high carb) low fat is best for puberty, u dont need that much cholesterol since ur hormones are already in peak+ carbs induce many growth pathways, but, we know growth= aging, so after 25, i believe a high fat, protein and low carb diet mogs but be in cycles of ketosis since long term ketosis is very restrictive and bad. But tbh, if u eliminate ultraprocessed food, social lubricants and poisons, eat whole foods mainly meat and fat and carbs from fruits, u can just eat however ur body feels and u will age better than almost everyone, so dont overthink and listen to ur body
