Castor oil for eyebrows

Bought some castor oil for my eyebrows as some people said that I should lengthen it, does it work as good as other lash serums?

If you want to grow both eyelashes and eyebrows you could just take oral minoxidil, its the most efficient out of those, but apparently castor oil works as well even tho i dont recommend applying It on eyelashes

Castor oil need to be diluted with rice bran oil and some essential oils who increases topical blood flow, like rosemary and/or peppermint EO

Don't you think it's not a bit over-exaggerated for just eyebrows ? I mean, unless OP has a diffuse aggressive hairloss & want to grow a full beard, oral minox is not recommended for just only grow some eyebrows

Eyebrows aren't targeted by DHT (minox is a mild DHT blocker) and don't need androgens to turn terminal (like the beard where people use topical carnitine). Regular topical blood flow boosters like some oils and EO are enough. Even sometimes microneeding is enough. For eyebrows minox 2% is enough plus we don't need the recommended 1ml daily dose.

Recommending 2-5mg of oral minox, including sides, while we can get the same result for a fraction of that ? No doll

You can buy it online it’s not a controlled drug, or you can buy the liquid version and measure the appropriate dose with an insulin syringe like i do and shoot it down ur throat and down it with water (talked to chatgpt it has the same efficiency as tablets) saves a ton of money

And ye ive experienced much more rapid brow growth on it in like a few weeks than i have with topical minox which has exceeded months

I dont really see why anyone would use oils instead of minoxidil, considering oils barely give any results and have a awful texture and smell. they might improve blood flow or keep the area moisturized, but they dont really stimulate the follicles in any major way, most of the hype around oils is baseless and not actually backed by science

i would recommend topical minoxidil since It has less side effects, but he also wants his eyelashes to grow, and applying anything like minoxidil or an oil on your eyelashes is a terrible Idea since It will most likely give you an eye stye

about the dosage, I dont really know what his eyebrows look like, and any dosage below 2% barely changes anything, of course it wouldnt really be a problem If he already has a good eyebrow density, but i dont think thats the case

skin shedding isnt really a common side effect but he could just apply a good moisturizer, If its really bad he might as well just stop using minox for a while

also, minoxidil doesnt stop alopecia progression and genetic hair loss, which could be the reason why some people experienced hair shedding

theyre not supposed to be permanent tho, maybe you have your natural eyebrows again and just didnt notice, but It would be great If It was permanent

thats how side effects work, if you mean that you only shed the first few months of using it youre wrong. shedding can also randomly start 7 months into it and then later again etc
