Here’s actual advice since no one else gave. The holy grail is adapalene (brand name Differin) if you have mild-moderate acne which is a prescription strength retinoid that you can get over the counter in the US for $15-30. There are some other things too which I can tell you if you want but they would be too much to add all at once with Differin since it can be REALLY irritating in the beginning

Tell me more
The Cerave acne control cleanser is really good because it has salicylic acid and niacinamide but again might be too harsh to start with Differin. With Differin the Cerave hydrating cleanser is good. There’s also double cleansing which is where you start with an oil based cleanser and then use a water based one and that’s really good for removing makeup, sunscreen, and impurities. I also do this method called oil pulling where you massage the oil based cleanser into your skin for an extended period of time (like 10+ minutes) and it really works for me but it’s not for everyone

heat make ur pore open more open to acne

Eat bland boring shit food

Avoid fried and overcooked things

Avoid sugar like plague

No smoke, no drink

Avoid eating out

Exfoliate your skin like 2 times a week

The acne or the hydrating one? And how do you like it? I used to use this one by the Japanese brand hado labo one but they discontinued it so now I use the Naturium purple cleansing balm and it’s really good

Explain how carbs cause acne
Carbs dont cause acne bro are u rtrded??? they can contribute to break outs like most foods can. If you eat clean even if you have a skin condition ur acne will calm down. Carbs like chips and bread can cause break outs bc of all the bad stuff in them. I said cut down on carbs not dont ever eat them again. Actual useless thing bro

Okay so explain to me why I should reduce or cut carbs if they don’t cause acne? You’re saying two polarizing things. You make 0 sense. Gray

because they can cause acne to become worse? what dont you get. Im not saying eating carbs makes you have acne im saying that it can contribute to acne you ALREADY have. Its not the cause its a contributing factor like fuck man. If you want clear sking eat clean and wash with soap n water ez. Are u alive srsly
