Based on your genetics and ethnic origin some are more adapted to live in the cold than others, but overall it isn't exactly a  good thing.

i have severe vitamin d deficiency and iron deficiency due to not eating or going outside for several years i have been prescribed iron and vitamin d super pills but i have not taken them because i didnt feel like it. Must i take these pills ? and what will it even improve plus i literally went to the doctors a drew my blood, they said my iron levels were good now not knowing i didnt even take their pills (they insisted i had to take them because i would never catch up with food alone) yet i apparently have hmmm suspicious

no i was born here and i also live rlly north its -32 in winters and rarely above 25+ in summer

That's why. You've just been used to it, but those temperatures, light, and environment are unideal for you tbh. Black people need a lot of vitamin d from the sun for sustenance, and living in such low light conditions will make you sick.

If you eat enough animal based foods like : eggs, sardines, liver etc you'll be good
