will going outside when its -23,8 Fahrenheit,/-31 celcius have any good benefits?
will it tighten your skin?
How many hours outside for effect?

Build your immune system (in your country they let the babies napping outside right ? @lemonpie) and sometimes increase the burning rate of brown fat (fat around the organs)

but since you're black don't hesitate to eat enough vitamin D. Here in france, especially the north, majority of black people are deficient in vitamin D, and can lead to health issues

i have severe vitamin d deficiency and iron deficiency due to not eating or going outside for several years i have been prescribed iron and vitamin d super pills but i have not taken them because i didnt feel like it. Must i take these pills ? and what will it even improve plus i literally went to the doctors a drew my blood, they said my iron levels were good now not knowing i didnt even take their pills (they insisted i had to take them because i would never catch up with food alone) yet i apparently have hmmm suspicious

That's why. You've just been used to it, but those temperatures, light, and environment are unideal for you tbh. Black people need a lot of vitamin d from the sun for sustenance, and living in such low light conditions will make you sick.

If you eat enough animal based foods like : eggs, sardines, liver etc you'll be good
