Depending on your eye colour you should wear different kinds of clothes.
Here's the wheel:
Wear the colour opposite from your eye shade to accentuate it and bring atention to your eyes.
For example my eyes are dark color, I often wear white. Someone with dark green eyes should wear red, someone with blue eyes should wear orange, and a brown-eyed man should wear a navy blue shirt, etc
Obviously you have to take your skin tone into consideration and what other colours you are wearing.
Don't forget what the colours mean to us humans instictively as well:
As a man you'd want to wear black, red, dark blue or orange
