Colouring and hair advice pls

I really want to elevate my look more and I think a big thing that might help is changing up my hair. I have very straight flat hair, it’s very fine also but I have a lot of of it… layers haven’t really helped before either because of how flat my hair is

ive debated getting it dyed for a while but i dont know exactly what… ive thought about getting highlights but before it looked quite yellow on me… i have also thought about going a caramel bronde too as i do feel brunette is better suited but i also think it helps to get others opinions and another set of eyes so lmk what u guys think!!!

Dye ur hair and brows a darker brown and get rid of that orange tan and makeup

that orange tan is literally just a summer glow from being in greece for 2 weeks... what about the makeup isnt good?

Too much blush and bronzer and the eyeliner’s wing shape looks weird
