Colouring + Hair

Hopefully the photof uploaded but i want advice on hair and colouring
1st is my natural hair right now i think it looks kinda flat and dead (i am pale aswell)
i want to go warmer like 2/3 and with a tan i think it looks good but want opinions if its a smart option or if theres any other colours i should look into

3rd looks good imo
 
Your hair actually looks very healthy but I don't think you need to go for such dark shades, like 2/3 to break the feeling of 'lifelessness' your skin is very clear and fair such a dark shade might make you look even paler than you are and harden that soft expression on your face.
I know these things well because I used to work as a colorist

thank you! Its so funny like my hair is really fine but i have alot of it so it is super flat and idk i think it just looks like straw and i want a change... would u say the colours are still suitable as for my colouring?

I would say get a slight wavy perm for texture and go with the third color
tanning beds would help with coloring too
also good for you for being able to look good with that almost ginger hair color it doesnt look good on most people

Caramel coffee or warm chocolate shades will perfectly complement your natural base color. Don't just dye your hair if you get a layered cut called a shag or butterfly that heaviness you mentioned will disappear, and your hair will look much more stylish and voluminous
