Combining 40mg accutane with aqualyx

I want to do this but my skin is already fucked and all red from the accutane, my face is puffy as fuck so I want to diy aqualyx but I have heard that convincing the 2 do not go well. Can I do it combined or how long should I wait after my course to try it
