THREAD SONG:
Introduction of Primal Diet The Primal Diet is one of the ancestral diets that emerged at the turn of the 20th century. Based on the premise that man thrives on foods closest to their natural states, the primal diet revolves around raw and unprocessed meats, dairy products and eggs, as well as some plant-based foods. It was introduced in the 1990s by Aajonus Vonderplanitz, who taught about the benefits of consuming raw animal foods for improved vitality and health. Through time, the term “primal” has also been used in reference to other ancestral diets, such as the Primal Blueprint, which is a paleo-inspired diet and focuses on eating whole foods and having the right kind of movement and lifestyle.

The essentials of the primal diet are:
A2 Raw milk:
Raw milk offers several benefits
particularly for digestion and nutrient retention
A2 milk comes from cows that produce only the A2 form of beta-casein protein, which
has beneficial digestion compared to the conventional common A1 protein, which can
reduce symptoms such as bloating, discomfort or digestive issues with mild lactose
intolerance. Because it is consumed raw, A2 raw milk is also valued for retaining naturally occurring
occurring enzymes, beneficial bacteria and heat-sensitive nutrients that will denature during pasteurisation
(As the denaturation of enzymes occurs around 40-45 celcsius)
But, byro, how do you find A2 raw milk?!
Don't worry, here you go:

Consumption of raw organ meat:
Raw organ meat is the most nutrient-dense food available
valued for high concentrations of vitamins, minerals, and
bioavailable nutrients. organs such as the liver, heart, kidney
and spleen are rich in vitamins A and B12, alongside iron,
zinc, copper, and CoQ10, which support energy production
immune system functionality and cellular health,
consuming these raw preserves heat-sensitive nutrients, enzymes
and naturally occurring compounds that may be reduced through cooking.
Personal note- do not eat from your supermarket.
get from a butcher
Raw muscle meat:
This holds less nutritional value than raw organ meat, and it is more expensive, but to many
tastes better. It is still a strong source of protein, amino acids and nutrients such as iron, zinc,
selenium, B vitamins, and creatine, which are important for the production of energy
Immune system and muscle maintenance
blood:
Consuming animal blood is a source of highly bioavailable nutrients that support energy, vitality and recovery
Blood is rich in iron, which is efficiently absorbed by the body and plays a key role in oxygen transport throughout
the body. alongside it, animal blood contains protein, electrolytes and trace minerals that contribute
to immune function and cellular health
vegetable juice:
But byro? Why not normal vegetables?
It is more optimal as the body takes a longer time to efficiently digest plant fibre, so juicing vegetables is much more efficient at delivering nutrients.
BEST VEGETABLES (for juicing)
carrot
celery
parsley
cucumber
raw eggs:
Raw eggs are high in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals
Raw eggs provide all essential amino acids along with
with important nutrients such as choline, vitamin A, and B
Selenium and cholesterol, which support brain function
hormone production and cellular health

Hygiene plays a key role as toxins from chemical-made products
like body wash, shampoo and others that cause dandruff
skin irritation (heavy on skin irritation, as someone with eczema)
certain primal alternatives can improve hair growth, lustre and curl
alongside getting rid of body odour from chemical produced washes
Shampoo:
Here is a great recipe, and I'll explain why and what you must do in order not to smell
egg yolk
lemon juice
raw milk
honey
olive oil
RINSE OFF WITH COLD WATER
if you use hot water u will cook the egg in your hair and smell like eggs
dont be a r****d.
honey hydrates the hair and scalp and reduces frizz
Egg yolk strengthens the scalp and contains high nutrients
raw milk uses its profile of proteins and vitamins to moisturise and soften the hair
Olive oil adds lustre and shine
Lemon juice is a natural anti-dandruff and lightens your hair
natural deodorant:
lemons!
Lemons kill odour-causing bacteria and neutralise body odour, and also tighten pores
and reduce perspiration while providing a fresh scent
