You literally said that last time which goes back to my point that that is not an ONLY black issue. Yes black families may be the highest part of the demographic of father-less households but they are not ENTIRELY it.

Its a poverty thing, parents fight for hours on end over money problems so the father eventually just leaves and likely doesn't have the means to support his family. Its also been extremely normalized to have kids before you're completely stable and the culture unfortunately promotes dangerous sex.
