Conzuri shoes and lifts?

Has anyone bought Conzuri shoes and tried adding extra lifts inside them? Do the lifts actually fit in the shoes?

That would look ridiculous . Conzuris add about 4-7 cms on their own and when you add even 3cm lifts that will be 7-10 cm of height added ! Which will obviously be spotted easily. Better would be to just get the conzuris normally.
