well it debloats you so unless youre super inflamed it's not gonna do much
it wont change your bone structure

If the thickness on your nose is due to oily skin your doctor may recommend much milder and safer creams/cleansers

not sure cope is the right word because it can shrink your nose if its inflamed like i said, but thats not its purpose its just unnecessary
wait till you can get rhino or grow into your features since youre young

If your only goal is to slim down your nose, then use hydrocortisone.
