Cortison effect

I have long felt with eczema ever since I was I child. And I recently got on cortison due to its godly effects against eczema, which is cured as long as I use it. But due to cortisone’s effect to cause face and body inflammation and water retention in your face. I am scared it will happen to me also. I have been on it for 2 weeks, on a 1mg/g dose.

My question is if it is only oral doses that can fuck you up, or both?
