DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF IT WILL RUIN YOUR LIFE i cannot stress this enough when i was starving myself i looked and felt my worst thats the worst possible thing you can do

irregardles that, starving has sooooo many bad side effects and that will destroy your metabolism and even if you reach your goal weight or height or smth else you wil start gaining weight again because your damaged metabolism and organism wouldn't be able "recycle" and digest anything, even you eat so healthy and so on. You will still gain more and more, so never risk starving. It's not worth it, it's not worth your health. it will also lead to many vitamin deficiencies and without them how will you be able to grow?
