Not deformed, but he definitely has slight jaw recession, so I still think bimax would work ig, implants could be risky tbh, maybe he could experiment with fillers first

Chin implant ? I have downgrowth tho so if anything something like chin wing with slight C.W
@Currycelloser suggested bimax , it's a good suggestion as it will fix my weak paranasal area and help with the downgrowth. I think I reached a plateau and surgery could solve that

Bimax is crazy. Maybe its more noticeable without the beard but its ur choice

the downgrowth isn't that "noticable" to the normie eye in motion, I get compliments on my jaw but we are blackpilled PSLers we notice everything

I dont think bimax is worth it. If anything jaw implants with the chin can fix ur gonial angle (I think)
Bimax is a life changing surgery for deformed people and its health related in 99% cases

Getting shredded does more for ur smv then fixing a “slightly recessed” maxilla and relearning how to eat and function, paying 25k+ and so on but thats my opinion ig

Based and true imo, i was just maybe giving some ideas if he is willing to solve his recessed maxilla because he is open to surgeries

Ik that I don't have the best side , mid at best if unfrauded. But I think the progress is great : better posture , better hyoid , great mandible thickness gains.

You need better pictures but overall you have decent development. Use NCR, Chewing, facepulling mask and you could also buy a palate expander off braces shop. I'm too broke to do these things I focused on skin and diet :pepehands:.Overall your face would improve in like 3 months with this.

you could have used the braces with a facepulling mask pull the maxila forward if you can buy a special type of reintianer that has hooks on it then attract the mask.
