Critique my supplement stack

Been running my own stack for the past few months and would appreciate some feedback from people who know more than i do. It's pretty much for skin, hormones, and overall looksmaxxing.


Current stack daily:


vitamin d3 5000iu + k2 mk7 200mcg
beta carotene 15mg
lycopene 20mg
astaxanthin 12mg
zinc picolinate 25mg
copper gluconate 1mg
nac 500mg
hyaluronic acid 100mg
msm 300mg


I take it with my biggest meal of the day for the fat soluble absorption. Have been reading through threads here for a while and this is what i pieced together mostly from the carotenoid and skinmaxxing discussions


So my main questions - is the astaxanthin dose actually worth it at 12mg or should i push higher? And does anyone have experience running lycopene + beta carotene + astaxanthin together? And then just general critique or recommendations I could add.

accutane did me good but don't need it anymore.

i'm healthmaxxing so no aas rn. peptides forsure, but this is just my otc supplement stack. didn't include my peptides
 
Remove everything except the vitamin d and zinc keep the k2
 
damn. theres so many supplement threads - any way to tell which has supplement stacks that are actually supported by science?

take more amino acids like arginine to help stimulate growth hormone (Gh) if you don't have enough money for hgh
