Story Current weight loss -12kg + fin progress before my appointment with maxillofacial surgeon

First pic is with around 10 kg more and without finasteride , two pics after are unfrauded ( these last two weeks) and with fin. Appointment on November 2rd with the surgeon that should tell me if djs is the way or any other way or just rhino. Will update you guys after it
