Rage Cutting Out Slop šŸ«

Why is it that when I lock in and cut out slop for three days+ there are moments where my head hurts and I feel almost numb when I start to crave some slop?

It’s annoying and I feel like I’m losing my sanity.

There are studies correlating junk food removal to drug withdrawal symptoms.

One of them if you're interested in reading: https://library.fabresearch.org/viewItem.php?id=12026

The more processed it is the more addictive it is. Not only are there more additives (that trigger dopamine release) but it gets digested faster. Your body doesn't even fully register that you've eaten because you don't release the "full" hormone despite eating over the amount of calories you need.

It should go away after a week or two of total detox.

How the fuck do you even last that long if its all you can think about and you want to die without it

Yeah I feel that lack of fullness hormone, I can barely remember if I even ate on days where I binge particularly badly

There's no need for a full detox if you have good enough self control and aren't a total glutton.
Am literally a total glutton without self-control, like full-on pig that you see in movies that make fun of fat people that dont lose weight and run on treadmills with oreos next to them

LOL you have to take away all your options if you intend to quit. Don't keep it in the house. If you're lazy enough you won't bother to go buy it.
Fair, I'll also make sure that I can't have any change in my pockets just in case

80/20 rule trust me it works, just have 1 snack a day you're good

I believe it could be due to the lack of non saturated fats, as normally they do that effects when you're fat is low your brain hurts.

i recommend that you try getting some lentils in, they are amazing source of fat and fiber.

And really helped me get into better eating habits. As well try; high sugar fruits, melons, watermelon or pears.

They satiate your sugar cravings, as well they are not processed sugars so they are more easily digestible and as have fiber satiate your hunger.
