Daily reminder about the importance of neck

Neckpill is brutal

A androgenic neck should be wide and short

Incels usually have a long narrow neck

Unfortunately theres isnt much you can do if you werent blessed with an already wide neck by default

Your neck and delt muscles are the 2 muscles groups which almost completely rely on their androgen receptor count

They are not much affected by your myostatin synthesis or your IGF levels, they dont store much glygocen, thus they can only be hypertrophied by androgens

But if your overall androgen receptor count is low, then you wont be able to build a thick neck

There’s definitely some validity to this, but I’ve seen “low t” football players (all low t / low dht facial features and bone structures) that had insanely thick necks from having helmets on pretty often. High frequency training might help
