Damon braces?

Has anyone had experience with damon braces and if so how much of an impact did you see it had on widening the palate? I have a slightly narrow palate and am not a good candidate for MSE but I need to be a 10+ tooth giga smilemogger also where would I get damon braces in Sydney, can someone recommend me a good orthodontist plz ;-;
