Once thats taken care of Id recommend azelic acid or niacinimide, dont do hydroquinone

you need more vitamin D brother. also try to work up a sweat everyday (ofc shower after)
cut out all meat for a few months
your tone will even out

Accurate for acne and oily skin.

Chemical exfoliators (strong peels r not recommended if you're as black as a gorilla's ass) and SPF afterwards.
General skincare is a must for good skin.

Jfl you're not blessed like me to have a well skin without spending a penny on skincare or pharmaceuticals

If you want to de-ethinise your skin I think bleaching is a good option. Not recommended though could fuck you up too
