maybe for when Im done w the spironolactone but since I got it prescribed from my derm my insurance covers it so I don’t have to pay. What site anyway

lowkey have no clue. It’s prob fine at a low dose but it’s probably better for men to go with accutane

Ah, it's just because of the fact that spironolactone also antagonizes androgens from binding to their receptor. This causes less oil production in the face so that can leave your skin dry
